I love your product but I'm disappointed that none of the characters are males. When I recently purchased one for my sister of her and our siblings I was unable to include my brother. You could include VERY short buzz cut hair or boy cuts to remedy this.

I was very nervous about buying it because there was no preview option. A preview option would be incredibly useful, and really should be considered by your company. However, the piece was beautiful and exactly what I'd hoped it would look like. I did order it the day before the December deadline for Christmas delivery but did not receive it until the day after Christmas. It was not a huge deal since I did not see my friends on Christmas Day anyway, but again something that should be looked at. I should have received it before Christmas. Other than that, it was an excellent experience and a beautiful product.

These are so cute! The company does create a preview for you once you’ve purchased, and they said I could change anything I’d like about the design before they print it. The only thing is I do wish they had more option for red hair. My best friend has red curly hair and, though this hair is slightly more brown, it was the closest I could get.

I love the product. It was a wonderful gift to give my mom and sister as this was our 1st Christmas without my grandmother. Unfortunately, even though I submitted the order in time for Christmas delivery, it came almost a week after Christmas. This was disappointing and took away some of the joy of giving it.
The quality is wonderful and all 3 products were truly identical. Had it come on time I would say it was perfect! I look forward to truly enjoying it on my tree next year.

I liked the ornament I ordered. The picture quality was kinda of fuzzy but nice. The mug I ordered was 15oz I believe and the picture was to small and want adjusted to for a larger mug. I would have liked a larger image on the big mug. My mother loved them because they were very personally for her.

I ordered 4 ornaments and tracked the package. It was shipped out promptly. Some where along the line the package was lost at the distribution center. I emailed Unifury. That same day I received 2 of the ornaments so I emailed them again. I got a quick response, sent them pictures of what I had received, and they told me they would reship the other 2. I absolutely love the ornaments I received. They are good quality. I’m still waiting on the other 2. This was not their fault. It happened somewhere along the way. I would order from them again.
