I can't believe how quickly I received my mug, and to my surprise, the image was on both sides! I like that you provided several different versions of English Springer Spaniels, and I was able to find one that has almost the same exact markings as my Lucy. Thank you so much for following through with the broken mug. You hopped right on it you got another one made and you said it right to me and that was really wonderful. I still think you need to rethink your packaging it needs to be encompassed in Styrofoam. It’s such a great product putting it in a cardboard box just doesn’t get it with the way that they throw things around. Think it over and thank you

I had a great experience with Unifury. I ordered 4 different mugs and all of them came out beautifully. They have an extensive breed list for both dogs and cats which made selection easy. The only thing I would say is that I wish they’d have different kinds of body types available to accurately portray our loved ones. Will definitely be ordering again!

What a cute idea! I love the choice of pets. The only change I would suggest is an option to change the color of the dogs. I have dogs that are odd colors for their breed and that would have made the mug perfect, but it is so cute that I am very, very please. Nice quality!

This is my second mug I purchased, my wife dropped the first one and it smashed so we ordered another one. I would've gave it 5 stars but the dogs are both facing towards the right on this mug and on the last one I had that were facing each other. There was no option to change the direction they faced but since the first one came out how I expected I assumed the second one would too, but it didn't. Still a nice mug, just wish it was exactly like the last one I had.

This was a present for my husband and he loved it. Although we have English Setters and their pictures were not available the English Springer was a close match. The ability to add wings for those that have gone to the rainbow bridge was a nice touch. Although a bit high in price, if the art work doesn't disapear with use the cost is worth it.
