Amazing purchasing website.....allows you to personalize an object to an amazing extent with the most sophisticated and EZ to use customer interface i have ever seen and I shop online frequently with small & large companies. Much more than just putting your name or logo on a cup. I ordered 2 very personalized cups for our 30th wedding anniversary that featured our likeness...not a real photo...but lovely sketch of likeness of me, husband and our dog...a cream colored large standard poodle. Not only could I pick the breed but also the size and exact color of which this breed offers many. Even better, I had anticipated a long wait but the cups arrived in the mail just 4 days later and I discovered it was a local California company in Huntington Beach where i once lived. All 3 of our first names appear on the cups. I enjoy looking at the cup every morning with my morning brew! It shows us sitting on a lovely beach but you can select lakes or mountain scenes also. A really sweet commemoration of our “family” in an inexpensive format that we will enjoy and use daily.

Didn't have any communication about my cup for at least 2 weeks after I ordered it. I emailed and called, they did reach out to me once, and wanted an ID#. I did not have an ID# because I never received the email that I was told I would receive to confirm my order. It was very frustrating as I was thinking o no this is a scam company on fb. But after about 2 weeks I did receive my cup, and it was for my husband and he loves it, and I love it as well. Just wish I had had more communication to know it was s confirmed order in an email. I LOVE these coffee mugs! My son got one for me, and I've gotten mugs for 2 other people. The quality is terrific. My only complaint (and the reason it's not 5 stars) is that some of the dog breeds don't really seem to represent the breed as well as they should; and there should be more of a selection to choose from for the men. I couldn't find one that even came close to looking like the man I wanted to put on the mug, so I left him off. A larger selection of dog pictures (and in varying colors of fur) & men pictures would be great.

My son and daughter in law are difficult to buy for, when I saw your mugs with the beach setting and dog companions it was perfect for them. They have a favorite ocean get-away where they can take their dogs. I was doubtful that you would have their breed, white boxers, but you do, and the real deal maker was the ears. Seems silly, but their ears aren't clipped! The likeness is exact! The multitude of selections for hair color and style made them so personal. Definitely a hit!!

What a wonderful gift to give dog or cat lovers. I ordered 5 of the larger mug for my dog loving friends and they absolutely loved them!! Only complaint is how long it took for them to be delivered. Even under these unusual circumstances it took much much longer for these to be delivered than any other items I ordered from other manufacturers. There is definitely a problem.
