I ordered the ornament before the cut off for Christmas delivery. It came after Christmas, which was disappointing.
I did have an issue with shipping, I got the confirmation that the label had been created, but never any update after that. After 2 weeks, I reached out to check in. They responded a couple of days later, and resent the ornament.
However, the gift was very successful! The recipient loved it. I would for sure buy again, just with more awareness of how long it may take to get to me.

I am a HUGE fan of Unifury. I buy from them often, and recommend their products to many. I like the colors in the Christmas Ornament I purchased, but was very disappointed in it's size. For $25 I expect to be able to SEE my pets on the ornament. I chose the heart, and my cat who had just passed away with wings, and you cannot make out any detail of the pet what so ever. If the name was not there, no one would ever know what it was to represent. So, I wish it was an inch larger to show the detail better. On a positive note, The colors are beautiful!

I'm 80% pleased with the final product. There was a mistake in the spelling of one dog's name. I don't know if I wrote it wrong in the order, since I could no longer see my original order, or have a virtual version of the final product for approval(hint, hint.) Regardless, I take responsibility for it since I approved the (weird, oddly-laid out) description of what it would say. But now, every Christmas, I will notice that Fozzy's name is spelled wrong on the ornament.

I bought 3 different Christmas ornaments from Unifury this year. One for a friend who had lost 2 dogs, one for me with my husband and I and our 3 dogs. The third one (which I’m reviewing) was for a friend who has 2 dogs and 1 cat. I was disappointed to find that no human can be put on an ornament that contains a dog AND a cat on the same ornament. Doesn’t make sense to me. I’m sure I’m not the only one who would like that option. Hope you can make that an option in the future. The ornaments are great quality and I hope to be able to buy more in the future, especially with both dogs and cats and people in the same ornament.
