The cups are great - I thought the cups would have a little more texture than the very smooth finish - I am hoping the inside of the cups will not stain. I do have a question - will the picture wear off eventually? I am washing these cups by hand - just not sure how durable they will be.

The personalize family beach mug will make a great gift for my sisters. I was very happy with the product and went on line to personalize a "cousins" gift mug. Was disappointed to learn you can only personalize up to 5 people. I hope you are able to modify the amount soon! Wrap those family members around those cups and make more money!!

The image is not very good quality, grainy, and colors are dull. The decal on one of the sides is not centered properly. Too bad really, I was very excited to receive it but fell flat.

I picked the design I wanted and submitted my order. Realizing later that I had made my child too tall in the project, I emailed Unifury’s Customer Service. Unifury made it very easy to make any changes that I needed to my order. They were very prompt in responding to my email. We like how the product turned out and my Mom was very happy with her gift.

Totally enjoyed my experience! Despite the pandemic, customer service was quick to address my questions and concerns. Processing was quick as well. Now onto the juicy stuff...we ordered the larger sized mug with family on beach and we are totally in love with it! We love that Unifury has a good selection of hair textures/lengths, skintones and body types so you can really customize it to look like your family member from the back view. My 5 year old daughter had fun picking out the features that looked like her. I do wish that there was an option for mugs for cousins as well but for now, we are extremely satisfied with the immediate family mug and the Grandma and granddaughters mug that we ordered. The quality of the mugs seem good as well. We would highly recommend this website to friends and family!

Edit2: Went to sunglasses hut today, and they ARE genuine.
For the record, all the online verification guides say to look for the mold line. There ARE mold lines on the shiny plastic ones at the store, but the duller looking ones do not have a mold line, this could be where the confusion lies.
Loved the slim profile, the pattern, the extra area to put cash, and the attached key holder. Was nice to be able to grab this and my phone and be able to have everything to head out the door. Bonus: I could keep my transit card as one of the outer cards and could scan it without having to remove it
The Bad:
Only had 3 months and it started to unravel and separate at the seams. So it was short lived. I tend to treat me stuff with care, and I only kept a maximum of 6 cards in it. So this leads me to believe the quality needs to be improved. I did see a version with a leather-like central support, perhaps that would strengthen weakened areas.
Particularly because at Walmart or KOHLs most of the time my size is not available (32/34).
