We love the mugs. They were worth waiting for. The only thing which wasn’t so good was how long it took for the items to get to us. We followed the tracking and it appeared obvious at one point that there was an error and they were going to the wrong destination. We had ordered these as gifts for Fathers Day, but unfortunately due to the extra long delivery time., we were unable to give them to our sons-in-law. That was a shame. But nonetheless, the mugs are great! ThNk you.

I loved the ability to customize. It's hard to find any customized product that I can match to my whole family. The scenes to choose from were all beautiful; it was hard to decide on just one.
Two things I wish I could change, though: I would have preferred to be able to resize bodies. Some of the body types for the kids had the perfect silhouette and style, but were too big. Also, the picture on the mug turned out less sharp and detailed than I'd expected. It feels a little out of focus.
